We at Egans are excited to announce that plans are now underway to open a new funeral home. Whilst Egans Undertakers have unfortunately been unable to avail of local funeral homes, we have always believed in the importance of waking our loved ones in their home or the homes of their loved ones. This long standing Irish tradition of waking the dead at home is one which we at Egan's feel is important, as it is your last chance to be with your loved ones. However, to meet the needs of all, we have began plans to open our very own funeral home in the near future!

The loss of a loved one is a truly difficult time for all of us. It is for this reason that we at Egan's do not want you, our clients, to undergo the difficulty of being lost in translation. Therefore, we are currently working alongside native speakers of 18 languages to translate the most pertinent aspects of our website, offering you one less difficulty in your time of loss. Our website has now been translated into Irish, Italian, Slovakian and Portuguese by native speakers.
